To color this line drawing first I locked the transparent layer and then with the help of brush tool painted the image. Everything was going on quite smoothly till I started to fill the petals of the flower. When I tried to fill the petal using paint bucket it painted the whole image. It worked on few petals and few areas of stem, but problem was consistent with almost all the petals. So to solve the problem I used paint brush to create an outline for every petal and then filled it with color.
Main issues with the image were that there were too many wrinkles on the face and couple of moles on the face. To improve the image I used Spot Healing Brush Tool and Healing Brush Tool. Spot healing tool helped me to get rid of moles on the face and few wrinkles on the face. Healing Brush tool cleared few spots on the face. But in the process of clearing the spot I think I got overboard and it created some patches on the face then I used burn tool to make the face even and more realistic.
The image looked better after the changes I made. The person looks much younger and there is no trace of moles. The preference regarding the tools depends what is the requirement of the image. If there are moles or uneven skin patches on the face then Healing tools are quite helpful, but if there are some lines on the image then patch tool will be of great help.
