a. What were the issues with the image that you are attempting to correct? the guy in the picture has a scar from his forehead area down to his cheek.
b. What tools did you use to improve this image?I used the patch tool and the clone stamp tool. I tried the healing tools but went with the patch tool because I liked the results.
c. How would you evaluate your improved image?I think if you didn't know he had a scar to begin with it would be believable. With that being said I know there is room for improvement and i plan on using these tools alot more on some family pictures.
d. What is your preference? Is your preference based on the type of image? What determine this? The patch tool and clone stamp based on this image. I see where the other tools can come in handy and I'd definitely go with other tools on different images. I feel like his skin complexion made it pretty even as far as color matching the image for the patch tool to be effective.
